Role Overview
The Leader of Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing INDUS total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition. This role ensures alignment with business strategy and compliance with legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead INDUS total rewards philosophy and strategies aligned with firm’s overall goals.
- Design and manage compensation structures, including leadership pay.
- Oversee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on market trends and internal analytics.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to integrate rewards into broader talent strategies.
- Lead communication and training initiatives related to rewards programs.
- Provide market insights, lead discussions to ensure the right total strategy for INDUS.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 12+ years in compensation and benefits, with 5+ years in leadership in the same field.
- Deep knowledge of India compensation practices and regulatory frameworks, additional knowledge of global compensation preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
