Position –Field Inspector - Electrical – 2 No’s
Qualification – BE / Diploma
Years of Exp – 5+ Years
Duration: Long Term
Location - Bangalore Karnataka
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
- Inspection and quality control of HT/LT electrical equipment such as motors, generators, transformers, switchboards, switchgears, cables, insulators, control panels, battery chargers, and switchyard equipment at vendor premises and project sites.
- Conduct quality audits, witness testing, verify testing procedures, and review vendor drawings and technical specifications.
- Site inspection of electrical installations at power plant locations.
- Inspection of solid core insulators, circuit breakers, HT/LT cables, HT/LT panels, and flameproof (FLP) electrical equipment, motors, and related project materials.
- Inspection of protection relays, pressure and temperature gauges, indicators, switches, and transmitters for various projects.
- Inspection and evaluation of computer hardware, servers, and related IT equipment.
- Vendor evaluation, customer satisfaction surveys, coordination with vendors and clients, developing new clients, and participation in tender bidding.
- Training on safety procedures, preparation of Conformity Reports and Non-Conformity Reports, and analysis of electrical equipment quality as per Indian and international standards with appropriate quality control actions.
