Position: Digital Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME)
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can effectively educate clients about digital marketing services, understand their business requirements, and drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Marketing services and solutions.
- Educate prospective clients about digital marketing concepts, services, and industry best practices.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies.
- Handle client consultations, meetings, and follow-ups professionally.
- Present digital marketing solutions including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Branding, and Lead Generation.
- Generate and nurture leads through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and direct interactions.
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities and close digital marketing sales.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Lead Generation.
- Excellent presentation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Strong negotiation and sales-closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- B.Tech with MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in customer interaction, telecalling, or business development is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
