Job Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Executive / Operations Executive to manage freight forwarding and exhibition logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight bookings, customs clearance, shipment documentation, transportation, and on-site logistics operations to ensure timely and smooth movement of cargo.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage air freight and sea freight inquiries for domestic and international clients.
- Coordinate end-to-end customs clearance operations in coordination with CHAs.
- Verify customs documentation, checklists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry (BOE) and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate cargo bookings with airlines and shipping lines.
- Ensure shipments adhere to scheduled timelines and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, CHA, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely movement and delivery of cargo.
- Execute and supervise on-site logistics operations during exhibitions and events.
- Coordinate transportation, cargo movement, loading/unloading, and delivery at event venues.
- Ensure smooth movement of exhibition/event cargo and timely delivery as per event schedules.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for quick resolution.
- Maintain proper shipment records, documentation, and operational updates.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain qualification will be an advantage.
- Experience: 1–4 years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Exhibition & Event Logistics.
- Good understanding of Air & Sea Freight operations.
- Knowledge of Customs Clearance, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry and CHA coordination.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and work within strict deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to event/exhibition venues and client locations as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive logistics operations.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would be someone from a freight forwarding or exhibition logistics company who has hands-on experience in Air/Sea Freight, customs documentation, CHA coordination, and on-site event logistics. Candidates who have handled exhibition cargo and time-sensitive shipments will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
