- Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of the taxi fleet to meet corporate clients transportation needs.
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, and any maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their specific transportation requirements.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies for optimizing taxi routes to reduce travel time and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize GPS and other technologies to monitor and improve route planning.
- Coordinate and build relationship with drivers to ensure they are adequately trained, motivated, and adhere to company policies and service standards.
- Monitor driver performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Oversee the billing and invoicing process for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
