Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
2. Team Leader – BPO
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service executives.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure service quality and target achievement.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team.
3. Telecalling Executive
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and achieve calling targets.
Requirements:
- 10+2 or Any Graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply.
4. HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain recruitment records and assist with onboarding.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
