1. Electrical Maintenance & Power Distribution
- Machine Setup: Connecting and calibrating single-phase and three-phase power supplies to heavy garment machinery (e.g., sewing machines, cutting plotters, and embroidery machines).
- Grid Monitoring: Installing and repairing electrical control panels, circuit breakers, and lighting networks across the factory floor.
- Preventive Upkeep: Routinely inspecting insulated cables, replacing frayed wires, and cleaning circuits to prevent production downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Using testing devices like multimeters and clamp meters to detect and resolve power drops or electrical faults. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
2. Plumbing & Utilities Maintenance
- Water Supply & Drainage: Repairing leaks, clearing blockages in drainage lines, and maintaining sanitary fixtures in restrooms and break rooms. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Machinery Water Systems: Servicing water supply lines and mechanical seals/packing on industrial water pumps. [1]
- Utility Operations: Taking daily rounds of utility areas, including checking pressure in air compressors and checking for leaks in the factory's Reverse Osmosis (RO) water plant. [1]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
