Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Undergraduate/Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards during interactions
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Details:
- 6 days working (rotational shifts)
- Day shift also available
- Language English and Hindi or English and Any regional
