Job Title: Event & Activity Head – Senior Citizen Engagement
Job Summary:
The Event & Activity Head will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing engaging activities, events, and wellness programs for senior citizens. The role focuses on enhancing residents' physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through meaningful and enjoyable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly activity calendars for senior citizens.
· Organize recreational, cultural, educational, and wellness programs.
· Coordinate special events, celebrations, outings, and festive activities.
· Encourage resident participation and build an inclusive environment.
· Identify the interests, hobbies, and needs of residents and design activities accordingly.
· Arrange guest speakers, trainers, entertainers, and volunteers for events.
· Coordinate with healthcare, administration, and support teams to ensure smooth event execution.
· Monitor attendance, participation, and feedback to improve programs.
· Manage activity budgets, materials, and vendor relationships.
· Ensure all activities comply with safety and health guidelines.
· Maintain records, reports, and event documentation.
· Support residents requiring special assistance during activities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Social Work, Psychology, Hospitality, Recreation Management, or a related field.
· Certification in geriatric care or senior citizen engagement is an added advantage.
· Experience:
· 3–7 years of experience in event management, community engagement, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or recreation programs.
· Experience working with senior citizens is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
