Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Designer to lead modular kitchen and interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, excellent client management skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers while ensuring high-quality project execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on premium residential interior projects in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand project requirements, design preferences, and budgets.
- Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing modular kitchen and interior design solutions.
- Prepare 2D/3D layouts, and project presentations.
- Manage design projects independently from concept to final approval.
- Supervise and mentor Junior Designers, providing technical guidance and constructive feedback.
- Review drawings, layouts, and project documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
- Maintain project documentation and revision records.
- Work on design software and AutoCAD for design development and quotation preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, finishes, and innovations in interior design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design (B.Des./BID or equivalent), B.Sc. Interior Design, or B.Arch.
- Full-time degree from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in modular kitchen or residential interior design.
- Proven experience in independently handling client consultations and design projects.
- Prior experience in leading, mentoring, or supervising junior designers is preferred.
