We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with 10–20 years of experience in the transportation or Heavy Equipment manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding the customer base. The role requires the ability to build long-term partnerships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in transportation .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, manufacturers, distributors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service proposals.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in industry events, networking, and trade exhibitions to generate leads.
Required Qualifications
- 10–20 years of experience in sales/business development in the transportation or Heavy Equipment manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle large accounts and long-term contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work related travel .
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
