Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and website leads
- Explain maritime courses, batch dates, fees, and DG Shipping requirements to candidates
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain student database and lead records
- Assist candidates regarding INDoS, STCW renewal, documentation, and enrollment process
- Coordinate with the admission and training team
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Pay: ₹12,542.79 - ₹16,000.00 per month
