Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our production team at Jainex Electricals. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC laser cutting systems to produce high-quality components for our electrical switch and modular plate lines. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to precision and manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup & Operation: Perform full setup of laser cutting machines, including nozzle selection, lens cleaning, and beam alignment based on material specifications.
- Programming: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to load and modify CNC programs (G-code/M-code) for optimal nesting and minimal material waste.
- Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials, including various metals and high-performance polymers, ensuring they are handled safely and stored correctly.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet strict dimensional tolerances.
- Routine Maintenance: Execute daily preventative maintenance schedules, including clearing slag/debris and monitoring chiller and gas levels.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, including part counts, scrap rates, and machine downtime reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,968.72 per month
