Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities, manage manpower, monitor quality, and ensure timely completion of manufacturing and fabrication work.
The ideal candidate should have experience in retail fabrication, furniture manufacturing, shop fitting, interior fit-outs, or similar factory operations and should be capable of effectively managing workers and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities at the factory.
- Plan and allocate work to carpenters, fabricators, painters, helpers, and other production workers.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
- Monitor the complete production process from raw material to finished product.
- Read and understand technical drawings, measurements, BOQs, and production specifications.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Stores, and Project teams.
- Ensure availability of required raw materials, tools, and equipment for production.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Inspect finished products to ensure required quality, dimensions, finishing, and specifications are maintained.
- Identify production issues, delays, and quality concerns and take corrective action.
- Maintain daily production, manpower, and work-progress reports.
- Coordinate with the Stores team for material requirements and inventory movement.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate loading and dispatch of completed products as per project requirements.
- Monitor machine and equipment conditions and report breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and factory rules.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness on the production floor.
- Train, guide, and motivate workers to improve productivity and workmanship.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and productivity of production workers.
- Coordinate with site teams for installation, rectification, and modification requirements when required.
- Ensure production work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in production supervision or factory operations.
- Experience in retail fabrication, furniture, carpentry, interior fit-out, or shop-fitting will be preferred.
- Strong experience in manpower handling and production coordination.
- Good understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements.
- Good knowledge of quality control and production planning.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,021.29 - ₹32,382.16 per month
