Bigship is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Key Account Manager to build and strengthen relationships with our strategic clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients.
- Understand customer business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build long-term relationships to improve customer retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
- Monitor account performance and prepare reports.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum *1 year of experience* in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the Logistics, Supply Chain, Courier, or E-commerce industry.
- Experience handling domestic B2B and D2C clients.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue and customer retention targets.
