GOEEN Electric Vehicles is looking for an energetic and experienced Trainer to enhance the skills and performance of our employees, dealers, distributors, technicians, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct induction, product, sales, and technical training programs
* Develop training modules, presentations, SOPs, and learning materials
* Assess training effectiveness and identify skill gaps
* Conduct dealer and channel partner training sessions
* Maintain training records, MIS reports, and performance evaluations
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
* 2–5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Sales Training, or Technical Training
* Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and training tools
* Experience in Automobile, EV, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Durables preferred
