Job Role
Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications by validating them against architectural requirements, executing test cases, and detecting defects. The role involves documenting test cases, analyzing observations, and supporting defect resolution to deliver error-free programs. QC Associates work within the established SDLC process, applying strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to maintain high standards of software quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate software against architectural requirements to ensure compliance with design and performance standards.
- Identify and detect bugs/issues during testing and report them accurately.
- Develop and document test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Execute test cases on existing applications to verify functionality and stability.
- Record and analyse observations from application testing to support defect resolution and improvements.
- Ensure error-free program delivery by thoroughly testing before release.
- Adhere to the established SDLC process and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skillset
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (B.Sc),Diploma or Engineering is required.
- 0–2 years of experience in software testing or related fields can be considered.
- Passed out:2025-2026
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening ability.
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and derive meaningful insights.
- Strong aptitude for identifying problems and providing effective solutions.
- Certification in Software Testing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
