About Suprameds
Suprameds is a licensed online pharmacy selling quality generic medicines at affordable prices across India. We ship pan-India via India Post Speed Post and serve a growing base of repeat customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and authenticate uploaded prescriptions; check patient details, dosage, and drug interactions before approving orders
- Maintain digital prescription logs and dispensing records as required under Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940
- Oversee receipt, storage, and dispensing of scheduled and OTC medicines
- Maintain batch-wise stock records (expiry, batch no., quantity); perform periodic physical verification
- Flag near-expiry and slow-moving stock for procurement review
- Maintain statutory registers — Form 6, 7, 8, 19, 20 as applicable
- Liaise with Telangana State Pharmacy Council and CDSCO for license renewals and inspections
- Handle customer queries on dosage, substitutions, and OTC alternatives via phone / chat
- Prepare ADR reports and support audit preparedness as required
Qualifications
- B.Pharm from a PCI-recognised institution
- Valid registration with Telangana State Pharmacy Council (or eligible for transfer)
- Sound knowledge of Schedule H, H1, X, and OTC drug classification
- Ability to read prescriptions and identify drug interactions
- Basic computer skills — MS Office / Google Sheets
- M.Pharm (Pharmacy Practice / Pharmacology / Clinical Pharmacy) preferred for senior track
Language Requirements (Mandatory)
- Telugu — fluent (spoken & written)
- Hindi — working proficiency (spoken)
- English — basic level (spoken & written); required for prescriptions and regulatory documents
Candidates unable to communicate in all three languages will not be considered.
Employment Terms
- Minimum 1-year service commitment from date of joining
- 15-day training period on joining covering dispensing workflow, SOPs, and compliance
- Employment confirmed only after successful completion and validation of training
- Early exit within 1 year may attract recovery of training costs per appointment letter
