Swayam Shri Institute of Paramedical Technology (SSIPMT) is seeking a dynamic and responsible Center Manager to oversee and streamline branch operations, ensure smooth departmental coordination, and support organizational growth initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate with strong operational management skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage daily institute activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete day-to-day branch and center operations.
- Monitor and manage monthly operational activities across departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between administration, admissions, academics, accounts, and support staff.
- Supervise staff performance and maintain operational discipline within the institute.
- Track attendance, reporting systems, operational records, and documentation.
- Coordinate admission activities, student support processes, and parent interactions.
- Ensure proper execution of institutional policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and update management regularly.
- Manage vendor coordination, office maintenance, and infrastructure-related requirements.
- Support marketing, outreach, seminars, and promotional activities whenever required.
- Travel within and outside the city for operational work, meetings, inspections, partnerships, and institutional activities.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Assist management in planning, execution, and expansion-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Management background preferred).
- Relevant experience in branch operations, center handling, administration, or institute management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, reporting, and basic operational documentation.
- Willingness to travel as per organizational requirements.
- Strong monitoring and execution capabilities for daily and monthly operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in education, training institute, healthcare, or paramedical sector will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented professional.
- Candidate should possess problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
