Billing Engineer – Civil Construction
We are looking for a Billing Engineer with experience in civil construction projects. The projects are JJM Projects in kerala executing with Kerala Water Authority
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of RA Bills, Part Bills, and Final Bills.
- Quantity verification based on site measurements and drawings.
- Coordination with site engineers for measurements and billing documentation.
- Preparation of BOQs, quantity reconciliations, and variation statements.
- Follow-up with clients for bill certification and payment processing.
- Maintenance of billing records and project progress reports.
Requirements:
- B.Tech
- 2+ years of experience in construction billing. Experience with Kerala Water Authority is more preffered.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimation.
- Experience in water supply, infrastructure, or government projects preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Location: kannur, kozhikode, ernakulam, kollam
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: As per industry standards
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
