Technical Sales Manager (Paint Technology)
Location- Malad West, Mumbai
Job Summary: Candidates will be responsible for driving Domestic / international sales growth for our company's products/services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in paint formulations, application methods, and industry standards. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to Domestic / international clients and expand our market presence globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in Domestic / international markets, including identifying new opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Domestic / international clients
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, including market research, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
∙ Implement corrective measures and adjustments to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
∙ Schedule regular visits to domestic and international markets to understand local dynamics, customer preference and competition. Identify and participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
Qualifications / experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical, surface coating, or polymer science or relevant field. Candidates from other streams also welcome good product knowledge of pigment, solvents, additives and allied products.
- Proven experience of minimum 05 to 10 years in sales, with a track record of successfully managing Domestic / international sales team and sales of (CASE) products - coating, adhesives, sealant and Elastomers.
- Technical knowledge in the industry or field relevant to the company's products/services.
- Good communication / presentation skill with proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software/tools.
- Understanding of Domestic / international business practices and regulations.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
