Your work profile
- As an SAP PM Solution Management should lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP PM solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM functional specifications.
- Design and optimize maintenance processes, including preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
- Configure and maintain master data such as equipment, functional locations, task lists, work centers, and maintenance plans.
- Ensure SAP PM solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key skills required.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP PM
- Manage end-to-end SAP PM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and external consultants.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution reviews.
- Mentor and manage SAP PM consultants and support teams.
- Provide guidance and training to business users.
Integration & Process Optimization
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP PM and related modules such as MM, QM, PS, FI/CO, and EAM.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and maintenance efficiency.
- Support SAP Fiori, mobility solutions, and digital maintenance initiatives where applicable.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Support & Governance
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance policies, and audit requirements.
- Manage system enhancements, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor maintenance performance.
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
