Job Title: Sales Manager – Residential Apartment Sales
Role Overview
As a Sales Manager for Apartment Sales, you will drive residential revenue by leading property sales initiatives, managing high-value client relationships, and closing deals for premium/mid-segment apartment projects. You will be responsible for converting leads into property bookings, conducting site visits, and ensuring a seamless home-buying experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Sales Closing: Actively engage with prospective buyers, conduct high-impact property site visits, and close apartment bookings to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and retail buyers to understand their housing needs and pitch appropriate inventory.
- Channel Partner Network Development: Identify, onboard, and manage local real estate brokers and channel partners to boost external lead generation and sales velocity.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local residential real estate trends, competitor pricing, and new project launches to strategically position your inventory.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead statuses, follow-up schedules, and documentation updates.
- End-to-End Deal Facilitation: Coordinate with the legal, CRM, and finance teams to assist clients with booking documentation, payment schedules, and home loan processing.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree .
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of proven experience in residential real estate sales, specifically focusing on apartments/flats.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a highly professional demeanor.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using real estate CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the local residential market and micro-market dynamics.
- Active network of real estate brokers and channel partners in the region.
- Proven track record of handling high-volume or premium residential project launches.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹430,000.00 per year
