Job Description
Aaditech Inspections and Services is looking for an experienced Compliance Lead to manage regulatory certification projects across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of regulatory compliance processes and hands-on experience with certifications such as BIS, ISI, CRS, FMCS, LMPC, WPC, CDSCO, TEC, and AERB.
The candidate will be responsible for independently managing client certification projects from application to final approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end regulatory certification projects.
- Prepare and submit applications, technical documents, and supporting records.
- Coordinate product testing with recognised laboratories.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, testing laboratories, clients, and internal teams.
- Review technical documents, test reports, product specifications, and compliance records.
- Track application progress and follow up with relevant departments.
- Guide clients regarding certification requirements, documentation, procedures, costs, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve documentation or compliance-related issues.
- Ensure that projects are completed within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory standards, guidelines, and certification procedures.
- Lead and support the compliance team.
- Provide technical inputs to the business development and sales teams.
- Maintain proper project records, trackers, and client documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in regulatory compliance, product certification, or certification consultancy.
- Working knowledge of BIS, ISI, CRS, FMCS, LMPC, WPC, CDSCO, TEC, and AERB certification processes.
- Ability to independently manage certification projects from start to finish.
- Strong documentation and technical review skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Ability to lead a team and manage project timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a certification consultancy, testing laboratory, inspection agency, or regulatory advisory firm.
- Existing professional relationships with laboratories, consultants, or regulatory departments will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling certifications for electronics, electrical products, medical devices, telecom products, wireless products, consumer goods, packaging products, or industrial equipment.
- Experience dealing directly with clients and government authorities.
