Position: Pest Control Advisor (Field Sales Executive)
Location: Delhi NCR, Chandigarh & Ludhiana
Salary: upto ₹25,000 per month + Travel Allowance (TA) + Lucrative Incentives
Experience: 1-3 years of field sales experience

Key Responsibilities
Client Visits and Lead Conversion
Visit potential clients based on leads provided by the call centre team.
Conduct thorough inspections to understand client requirements.
Explain service offerings and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Cold Calling for New Opportunities
Identify under-construction sites and perform cold visits to offer pest control treatments.
Build relationships with contractors, site managers, and real estate developers to generate leads.
Regularly follow up with potential leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain a structured follow-up schedule to ensure conversions.
Upselling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
Convert one-time service customers into long-term AMC clients.
Highlight the benefits of AMCs to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Visit Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) and societies to secure AMC contracts.
Build trust with society committees through presentations and service demonstrations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of client visits and conversion rates from call centre leads.
Volume of new business generated from under-construction sites.
Percentage of follow-up success and lead conversion.
AMC sales generated from existing customers and societies.
Monthly revenue contribution and incentive earnings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales; service industry experience is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a time-bound manner.
Knowledge of local areas, societies, and real estate developments.
Basic understanding of pest control services is an added advantage (training will be provided).
