Job Title: Factory Helper / General Helper – Textile Industry
We are hiring a Factory Helper / General Helper for our textile factory. The candidate will assist in daily factory work, guest service, packing, material handling, and other support activities as instructed.
The candidate will be required to attend guests, clients, visitors, and staff in a polite and disciplined manner. Duties include serving water, tea, cold drinks, or basic refreshments whenever needed and keeping the guest/office area clean and presentable.
The helper will also support factory operations such as packing, folding, arranging, shifting, loading, and unloading textile goods. This may include fabric rolls, takas, sarees, suits, cartons, bundles, and other textile materials. Goods must be handled carefully to avoid damage, stains, mixing, or misplacement.
The candidate may be asked to assist supervisors, workers, machine operators, packing staff, and dispatch staff in routine work. He should help maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement in the factory, storage area, packing section, dispatch area, and office area.
Any damaged goods, defects, shortage, safety issue, or unusual problem must be reported immediately to the supervisor or factory in-charge.
Requirements:
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined
- Physically fit for lifting and moving textile goods
- Polite and presentable while attending guests
- Able to follow instructions properly
- Textile/fabric industry experience preferred but not compulsory
