We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling leads, maintaining CRM records, and supporting sales activities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer engagement targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or CRM-related roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
