Role Objective
The Reception Executive is responsible for creating the first impression of the store. This role ensures that customers feel welcomed, comfortable, and guided throughout their visit. The position contributes significantly to store hospitality and brand perception.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Greeting
- Welcome customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Maintain a warm and inviting store environment.
- Offer assistance immediately upon entry.
Customer Flow Management
- Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate host.
- Manage waiting customers politely.
- Ensure smooth coordination between reception and sales staff.
Waiting Area Management
- Ensure seating and waiting areas are clean and comfortable.
- Offer refreshments when necessary.
- Maintain hospitality standards.
Communication Coordination
- Inform hosts about arriving customers.
- Manage phone inquiries and appointment scheduling.
- Handle basic customer questions.
Required Skills & experience
- 0-3 Years of experience any Hospitality sector or in any Luxury retail
- Excellent communication skills
- Hospitality etiquette
- Professional grooming
- Positive attitude
- Customer service orientation
Pay: ₹10,384.83 - ₹45,000.00 per month
