Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation of aluminium, uPVC, and system windows as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site surveys and verify measurements before installation.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
- Inspect materials received at site and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Resolve on-site technical issues related to installation and execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, tools, and equipment required for site execution.
- Verify work completed for billing and contractor measurements.
- Conduct final inspections, snag list preparation, and closure before project handover.
- Attend client meetings and provide project status updates.
- Ensure proper documentation, including installation checklists, site reports, and material reconciliation.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and project close-out activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in the Windows Industry (Aluminium, uPVC, or System Windows).
- Experience in residential, commercial, and high-rise projects will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of window installation methods and site execution.
- Ability to read architectural, fabrication, and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of site measurements, alignment, and installation tolerances.
- Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and snag rectification.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple activities under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
