We're looking for our first People Operations Partner for the Hyderabad office.
This isn't a traditional HR role.
You'll be the person who helps us build the people foundations for a fast-growing office—from hiring exceptional talent to creating an onboarding experience people remember, establishing HR processes from scratch, and becoming the trusted point of contact for every employee.

What you'll own
Hiring & Talent

Own end-to-end hiring for Hyderabad across Sales, GTM, Business, and Operations roles

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and ensure a great candidate experience

Drive offer rollout and joining process

Build a strong local talent pipeline

Own the entire joining experience—from offer acceptance through Day 1 and beyond

Ensure documentation, HRMS, system access, and induction happen seamlessly

Help every new joiner settle into the company quickly

Continuously improve the onboarding experience

Maintain employee records and HR documentation
-
Manage attendance, leave, HRMS, and employee data
-
Ensure statutory compliance and HR hygiene

Support payroll inputs and HR administration
-
Be the first point of contact for employees in Hyderabad

Help managers navigate people-related situations

Resolve employee queries with empathy and speed

Build trust across the office

Organize team celebrations, engagement activities, and office events

Help create a workplace where people enjoy coming to work

Bring ideas that improve culture—not just execute existing ones
Since you're the first People hire in Hyderabad, you'll also help shape how HR operates here. That means identifying gaps, improving processes, documenting SOPs, and helping us build a people function that scales with the business.
- Has 5-7 years of experience across HR Operations, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles

Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, or similar tools

MBA/PGDM in HR (nice to have, not mandatory)
