We are looking for a dedicated and responsible E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online handloom saree business. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling website management, order processing, inventory, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update products on the website.
- Track orders and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor website performance and ensure products are up to date.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Assist in running online promotions and improving sales.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management.
- Good communication skills in English or hindi or odiya
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email).
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (such as Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) is preferred.
- Experience with courier management platforms is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
