· Should have experience in maintaining equipment’s like injection molding machine, conveyor, dryers, extrusion, vulcanizing equipments.
· Having experience in maintaining utility equipment’s like air compressor, hydrant pumps, UPS, Diesel generators & Boiler.
· Able to attend & resolve machine breakdowns.
· Responsible for planning and execution of predictive and preventive maintenance of all plant equipment.
· Responsible for maintenance KPI like MTTR, MTBF, OEE, machine up time, repair and maintenance cost control.
· Should have knowledge about mold maintenance and checking gages and fixtures maintenance.
· Having basic knowledge about autonomous maintenance & TPM concepts.
· Knowledge of Basic Electricals is essential. Experience on MCC, PCC, DOL, HT/LT Working on DG, Transformer, Switch Gear.
· As a safety committee member is responsible for taking decision on electrical fire and give first aid in case of emergency.
· Responsible for maintenance of fire fighting system.
· As a health and safety team member responsible to maintain and participate in health and safety issues. Trained for first aid and fire emergency.
· Daily monitoring and recording of different type of utility consumptions like electricity, gas, fuel, water etc.
· IATF Internal auditor.
· Analysis of maintenance and IMS objective.
· Participate in Aspect Impact analysis
· Support to management risks and opportunities identification
· Have Knowledge of hazardous waste handling process.
· Support to management for defining effective action for Significant aspects
· Follow defined operational controls to avoid adverse effect on Tristone IMS system
· Participate in IMS NC and corrective action relevant to your activity.
