ob Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Design Engineer with 2 years of experience in designing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of MEP design standards, AutoCAD, and relevant codes to prepare accurate design drawings and coordinate with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP design drawings, layouts, and detailed engineering plans.
- Design HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Drainage systems.
- Develop load calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Review architectural and structural drawings for MEP coordination.
- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, consultants, and project managers.
- Ensure designs comply with NBC, IS Codes, and other applicable standards.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and revisions as required.
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Assist in quantity estimation and material selection.
- Maintain proper documentation of design revisions and project records.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in MEP design.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
- Knowledge of Indian building codes and MEP standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
