Nature of the Project: Infrastructure Works
Joining Time : Immediate
Duties of the Job: Pre Contract and Post Contract quantity surveying tasks including:
- cost estimating,
- preparation of BOQ,
- support in tendering,
- evaluation of variations and payment applications,
- preparing cost reports,
- commercial correspondence
- coordination with the project parties etc.
Reporting Line : Sr. QS / Commercial Manager
Skills
- Quantity take-off
- Cost estimating

- Preparation of cost report
- Support in tender documentations
- Preparation of cash flow
- Evaluation/preparation of payment applications and variations
- Coordination with project parties
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements (Including Certification requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Arch. Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience in Years Specific Experience in Region
- About 5-10 Years
- Relevant GCC experience is a plus.
