Job Summary
SAP PM Consultant Sr
Design, configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management processes for reliable and compliant asset operations.
- Lead workshops for technical objects, notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, planning, scheduling and execution.
- Configure equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, order types, permits, confirmations and settlement.
- Define integration with MM, FI/CO, HR/time, PP, QM, mobile solutions and external maintenance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops for technical objects, notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, planning, scheduling and execution.
- Configure equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, order types, permits, confirmations and settlement.
- Define integration with MM, FI/CO, HR/time, PP, QM, mobile solutions and external maintenance systems.
- Prepare functional designs, configuration documents, test scripts and operational procedures.
- Support technical-object and maintenance master-data migration, testing, cutover and reconciliation.
- Resolve defects and support go-live stabilization with maintenance and engineering teams.
- Advise on standardization, asset performance reporting and maintenance controls.
Skill Requirements
- SAP PM/EAM consulting experience with end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of technical objects, notifications, orders, preventive maintenance and maintenance planning.
- Integration experience with MM, CO, time confirmation and mobile/field processes.
- Ability to lead workshops, write functional specifications and manage testing.
- Strong understanding of maintenance operations and master data.
