- 3D Modeling & Drafting: Create complex 3D models, assemblies, and layouts using tools like SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or AutoCAD.
- Manufacturing Drawings: Develop 2D production drawings incorporating Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and performing Tolerance Stackup analyses.
- Material Selection & Costing: Choose appropriate materials and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) to optimize for weight, durability, and cost efficiency.
- Simulation & FEA: Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and structural calculations to validate mechanical strength and thermal performance prior to physical prototyping.
- Design Optimization: Modify and refine designs based on prototype testing results, failure analysis, and feedback from assembly teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with electrical, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams, as well as external part suppliers.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
