- Patient Care: Assess, monitor, and record patient vital signs and general conditions.
- Medication: Administer oral and intravenous drugs safely under medical orders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate charts on patient progress, treatments, and responses.
- Support: Assist physicians during clinical procedures, emergencies, and ward rounds.
- Safety & Hygiene: Ensure a clean environment, manage patient comfort, and prevent infections
