Key Responsibilities
- Train students in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, UI/UX Design, and VFX according to current industry standards.
- Deliver practical, project-based training using real-world workflows.
- Create engaging classroom sessions, assignments, and portfolio-building projects.
- Guide students in developing professional-quality portfolios and demo reels.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and industry technologies.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in preparing for internships and placement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and learning outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, UI/UX, and VFX work.
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Animate
- Figma
- Nuke
- Silhouette
- Ability to create professional videos using Motion Graphics and Video Editing techniques.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, branding, and digital media.
- Passion for teaching and continuously upgrading technical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Prior teaching or industry experience in Graphic Design, Animation, or VFX is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of industry or teaching experience.
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools for creative design will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
