Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to manage our full-cycle hiring process and source top-tier engineering talent. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering leads to identify hiring needs and engage specialized tech candidates across niche platforms. Your ultimate goal is to grow our technical teams with high-quality hires while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Talent: Actively hunt for passive technical professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technical communities.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with engineering managers to define technical requirements and optimize job descriptions.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess applicants' technical capabilities, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Pipeline Management: Advance candidates through the recruitment lifecycle while managing data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Offer Negotiation: Coordinate the full interview schedule, gather evaluation feedback, and manage final offer extensions and salary negotiations.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at virtual career fairs, technical meetups, and open-source conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience working as a Technical Recruiter within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
- Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of software vocabulary, infrastructure roles (DevOps, Cloud), and programming frameworks.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with popular modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, CEIPAL) and Boolean search strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical opportunities clearly to passive prospects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong existing network within local or international developer communities.
- Formal certifications in technical recruiting or basic programming fundamentals.
- Prior experience managing high-volume hiring sprints or filling highly specialized executive tech roles.
Pay: ₹11,829.77 - ₹43,125.14 per month
