Job Description
RGS IT Center is seeking experienced and passionate GIS professionals to join our team as Part-Time GIS & Remote Sensing Trainers. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training to students and professionals in GIS and Remote Sensing technologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct GIS & Remote Sensing training sessions.
- Deliver both theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Guide students on industry-relevant projects and workflows.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students and support their career development.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Geoinformatics, Geography, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of industry experience in GIS & Remote Sensing.
- Strong knowledge of GIS concepts and applications.
- Experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth, AutoCAD, or related tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
