We are looking for an experienced Core HR Manager to manage complete HR operations for approximately 200 employees working in a 24/7 parking and operations environment.
The primary focus of this role will be labour management, employee relations, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day Core HR activities for approximately 200 employees, operational staff.
· Handle complete employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, joining formalities, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
· Maintain accurate and updated employee HR files and documents, including KYC, appointment letters, attendance, leave, disciplinary records, and other personnel documents.
· Manage labour and ground-level staff working in shifts and support 24/7 operations.
· Monitor attendance, absenteeism, leave, overtime, manpower deployment, and employee discipline.
· Handle employee grievances, counselling, disciplinary issues, and labour-related matters.
· Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate attendance and employee data.
· Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
· Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation.
· Prepare and coordinate timely filing of applicable statutory returns.
· Coordinate with statutory consultants, auditors, and government authorities during inspections and audits.
· Ensure compliance with applicable requirements related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, and other labour laws.
· Prepare HR MIS and regular reports for management.
· Coordinate with Operations and Management for manpower planning and employee-related matters.
Requirements:
· Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.
· Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Core HR and labour management.
· Experience in managing 200+ employees, preferably ground-level and shift-based staff.
· Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, HR documentation, and statutory returns filing.
· Experience in facility management, parking operations, security, hospitality, logistics, or other 24/7 operational environments will be preferred.
· Good communication, employee-handling, problem-solving, and MS Excel skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
