Position: Production Support Specialist

Purpose on this project
Provides hands-on support for production and non-production issues.
Technology expectations
Familiarity with application logs, basic AWS tooling, troubleshooting REST API issues, MySQL queries for diagnostics, and containerized environments (Docker). Expected to triage issues and escalate appropriately. Hands-on AWS experience, working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and logging/monitoring tools.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,400.00 per hour
