Job Description:
We Care360 Global Home Health Care is looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for hiring staff, coordinating interviews, and handling basic HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Post job openings on different platforms
Screen candidates and schedule interviews
Hire nursing staff, caretakers, and other healthcare roles
Maintain employee records and attendance
Assist in onboarding process
Coordinate with management for hiring needs
Requirements:
Graduate in any field (HR preferred)
6 months to 2 years experience in HR or recruitment
Freshers can also apply
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
