Travel Consultant – Outbound Travel
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Travel Consultant with strong expertise in handling outbound travel packages and working with Travel DMCs. The candidate should possess excellent destination knowledge, sales skills, client-handling abilities, and experience in designing customized international holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound travel inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Design and sell customized international holiday packages as per client requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, and local suppliers for quotations and reservations.
- Prepare detailed itineraries for FITs, groups, honeymoon packages, luxury travel, family vacations, and corporate travel.
- Provide clients with complete travel assistance including visa guidance, travel insurance, forex, sightseeing, transfers, and ticketing support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in outbound travel sales and Travel DMC operations.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel products.
- Experience in handling customized holiday packages.
- Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
