Job Role: EXIM & Procurement Manager
Job Summary
The EXIM & Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the complete Export-Import (EXIM) operations and procurement function of the organization. The role involves end-to-end coordination of international shipments, customs compliance, documentation, vendor development, sourcing, purchasing, logistics management, statutory compliance, and inventory planning. The incumbent will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), government authorities, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and seamless movement of goods while maintaining cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Export & Import Operations
· Manage end-to-end import and export operations from purchase order to final delivery.
· Coordinate with international suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and Customs House Agents (CHA).
· Prepare, verify, and maintain all export-import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin (COO), Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, and other statutory documents.
· Ensure timely customs clearance of import and export consignments while complying with DGFT, Customs, GST, and other applicable regulations.
· Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve logistics-related issues to avoid delays.
· Coordinate with banks and other agencies for import/export documentation wherever applicable.
· Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions and statutory documentation for audits and compliance.
Procurement & Vendor Management
· Manage procurement of raw materials, machinery, consumables, spare parts, and services as per business requirements.
· Obtain quotations, conduct commercial negotiations, finalize pricing, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
· Track purchase orders, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules to ensure uninterrupted production.

Qualification & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of relevant experience in Export-Import Operations and Procurement.
· Experience in the Manufacturing or Gems & Jewellery industry will be preferred.
· Sound knowledge of customs procedures, international trade documentation, procurement practices, and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
