Role Objective:
To drive end-to-end HR operations and people strategy for PAN India, ensuring smooth manpower planning, hiring, employee engagement, across all locations.
· Drive end-to-end hiring for store/warehouse/operations roles across the region.
· Partner with business heads for manpower planning and budgeting.
· Ensure TAT adherence and quality hiring through multiple channels (Naukri, referrals, NGO, Campus).
· Maintain strong talent pipeline for critical roles
· Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit processes.
· Employee engagement and retention
Skills and Qualification
· Graduate
· Min 1+ years of experience in hiring (entire life cycle)
· Should have worked on blue collar roles as well.
· Good to have experience from food background.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
