Essential Qualifications:-
- Must hold an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing (coursework completed).
- Only freshers are required.
- Must possess excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Must have good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS Office, and email.
Job responsibilities:-
- To make communication with our Associates.
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Reporting to management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Associates regarding every month’s offers.
Salary:- Rs.14,000-20,000/- pm + Incentives + benefits
