Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst who specializes in both legacy automation and modern business intelligence. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional data workflows and advanced visual analytics. You will be responsible for automating complex, repetitive tasks using VBA/Macros in Excel, while simultaneously designing, developing, and maintaining high-impact dashboards using Power BI.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can streamline manual processes, handle large datasets, and transform raw data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & VBA Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Excel VBA macros to automate repetitive manual tasks, data extraction, and report generation.
- Optimize existing legacy VBA code to improve performance and reduce processing time.
- Create user-defined functions (UDFs) and interactive Excel forms (UserForms) for data entry and validation.
Power BI & Business Intelligence:
- Design, build, and deploy visually stunning and intuitive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Data modeling: build scalable relationships between disparate data sources.
- Write complex DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries and measures for advanced business calculations.
- Utilize Power Query (M language) for data transformation, cleaning, and ETL processes.
Data Analysis & Governance:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all automated macros and Power BI reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or Automation Specialist.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
