Infyle Technologies is a growing IT company specializing in Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, and IT Solutions. We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our sales team and help generate business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Introduce company services and generate interest in our solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into leads.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in IT services sales, digital marketing sales, or software sales.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
