Blanket Days Resort & Spa is looking for passionate and dedicated Commis I chefs for our South Indian and North Indian kitchen operations. Candidates with relevant experience in South Indian or North Indian cuisine will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook South Indian or North Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation activities.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock handling.
- Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in South Indian or North Indian cuisine preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
